In June of 2022, I was accepted as an intern for Casta Diva Group. Casta Diva Group is a communication company operating in branded content: advertising, films, tv programming, corporate events, viral vides, and live music showings. This organization is located in Milan, Italy, and below is a detailed reflection paper that offers an insightful comparison between business practices in relation to the Italian culture, company size, and my final presentation.
